Da wir uns die Möglichkeit offen halten wollen, nach Berlin in unsere Wohnung zurückzukehren, haben wir unsere Wohnung untervermietet. Es war gar nicht so einfach jemanden zu finden.
Immer wieder hatten wir das Gefühl, dass sich die Bewerber nicht richtig mit unserer Anzeige auseinander gesetzt haben. Da waren Großfamilien (10 Leute) und andere für die unsere Wohnung nicht geeignet ist, aber auch viele nette Bewerber. Für die Besichtigungen hatten wir in den Abendstunden Termine rausgesucht, für die man sich online eintragen konnte. Wie jedoch der untere SMS-Verlauf zeigt, ist die Terminfindung nicht immer so einfach. Vielleicht wurden wir ja auch einem Turing-Test unterzogen. Ich hätte vermutlich nicht soviel Geduld gehabt, wie Elke.

Wenn wir zusammenschmeißen, dann können wir uns die Bude auch als Party-Location mieten. Party-erprobt ist sie ja. Und einen Besichtigungstermin brauchen wir auch nicht ;-)
